How long will it take to personalize and ship my order?
We require approximately 4-6 business days to create your personalized gift. Please keep this in mind when you choose your shipping method. Orders received after 3pm began processing the following business day.  If RUSH service is needed, please contact cindy@mitetees.com.

What shipping choices do I have?
We have three shipping methods for delivery within the U.S. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, FPO addresses or US territories. There is a $10 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address.

USPS First Class 7-10 business days $4
USPS Priority Mail 3-5 business days $12
USPS Express Mail 2 business days $21

How will I know when my order has been shipped.
You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped.  This email includes delivery tracking information.

If I have a question about my order, who can I contact?
Our customer service department is available via email at info@mitetees.com. You can also call (781) 447-6420 during regular business hours.  When calling, you may get voicemail.  Please leave a message and we will respond ASAP.
 
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.  Each gift is personalized, and therefore we do not accept returns.  Defective garments can be returned for an exact personalized replacement within 30 days from the original purchase date.  Please email info@mitetees.com to request a replacement.  Please carefully check your order before you submit it.  We create your personalized gift exactly as you indicate therefore, Mitetees is not responsible for inaccurately designed products.

If I'm ordering a gift for someone, can you wrap it and ship it directly to the recipient?
We are happy to wrap and ship your gift to the recipient.  Our gift wrap service includes a personalized gift card, white gift box decorated with colorful ribbon. When placing your order, there is a field to type in your gift card note.  Entering the ship to address is part of the check out process.

Mitetees accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
